What is the Code and
why do we have it?

The Code is a statement of goals and expectations for individual and business conduct. It provides guidelines for how we deal with customers, shareholders, fellow employees, business partners and all others with whom we have business relationships. Put simply, the Code is our roadmap and compass for doing business the right way.
